Purchasing of the goods

Since 2022 Turkey has become a financial and logistical buffer zone between Russia and EU countries/USA. Today this situation remains more or less the same. We will organize the negotiation process and purchase on our own behalf, acting as a technical buyer/recipient for your supplier.

Negotiations with supplier

We will get in touch with your supplier, order the goods and receive invoice on our behalf.

Payment

Considering out experience we can arrange payment from Turkey through a number of companies, or use less expensive options.

Benestar will purchase goods and handle a complete logistics chain. On the Russian side we work with our proven and reliable partner.

How to order?

1. fill out the request form. We will get in touch with you, discuss details and present a calculation including delivery to your warehouse.
2. Order Approval: You confirm the order and make changes if necessary.
3. Invoice payment and shipment: You pay the invoice. We buy the goods, arrange delivery to Turkey, unload them to our warehouse in Istanbul, check the cargo (quantity. weight, documents) and take photos.
4. Delivery: You pay for the delivery to your warehouse. We will arrange the shipment from Istanbul and ship the cargo to the destination.

Shipping methods from Istanbul to Russia

1. By air: Fast (2-4 days) to the international airport, then truck delivery.
2. By land: Direct trucks from Turkey to Russia, about 15 days.
3. By sea: Fast shipping to Novorossiysk (5-7 days) or Saint Petersburg (about 20-25 days).
